Sam Sledge

Chief Executive Officer and Director
Sam Sledge joined ProPetro in 2011. He has served in various capacities throughout his tenure including working as a Frac Technical Specialist and a Technical Operations Manager where his duties involved quality control, planning and logistics, and the development of the engineering program. Sam’s most recent leadership roles at ProPetro include Vice President of Finance, Corporate Development, and Investor Relations. He has also served as the Chief Strategy and Administrative Officer and then as President, where he was responsible for the Financial, Legal, Human Resources, and Supply Chain departments of ProPetro. Sam received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration from Baylor University.
Adam Muñoz
President and Chief Operating Officer
Adam Muñoz joined ProPetro in 2010 in an effort to initiate ProPetro’s Permian pressure pumping operation. Prior to joining ProPetro, Adam held sales and operations roles at other service companies in the Permian. Since joining ProPetro, Adam has served as the Director of Business Development and Technical Services where he oversaw the growth of the hydraulic fracturing operations and managed the department’s day-to-day technical services. He has also served as the Vice President of Frac Services where he led the hydraulic fracturing division through specific efforts to increase operational efficiencies and maximize financial productivity. Adam received a Bachelor of Business Marketing from the University of Texas at the Permian Basin.
David Schorlemer
Chief Financial Officer
David Schorlemer joined ProPetro in 2020 as the Chief Financial Officer. He brings two decades of senior-level experience in both the public and private sector including the roles of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Secretary. Some of the companies he has served at include Gulf Island Fabrication, Inc., GR Energy Services Management, LP, Stallion Oilfield Holdings, Inc, and Q Services. David earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from The University of Texas and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.

Celina Davila

Chief Accounting Officer
Celina Davila joined ProPetro in 2019 as the Hydraulic Fracturing Controller. She has since served in the roles of Director of Accounting and Corporate Controller where she lead the accounting and financial reporting teams, including the SEC financial reporting team. She also provides leadership to the women’s organization, Women of ProPetro. Before coming to ProPetro, she served as an Accounting Manager at Pioneer Natural Resources Company and also as a Senior Auditor at Johnson, Miller & Co. Celina is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration from Texas Tech University.
Shelby Fietz
Chief Commercial Officer

Shelby Fietz joined ProPetro in 2012 as part of the Operations team. Most recently he has been instrumental in leading our commercial execution and maintaining key customer relationships through his role as Vice President of Commercial. Shelby has led the Business Development, Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams for the last several years. His expertise is crucial as our industry evolves towards an industrial model, necessitating sophisticated multi-service arrangements for our consolidating customer base. Shelby received a Bachelors of Science from Angelo State University.

John J. “Jody” Mitchell
General Counsel

Jody Mitchell joined ProPetro in 2021 and was appointed as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective January 2023. Prior to this appointment, Jody served as a Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. Prior to joining ProPetro, Jody held several legal and commercial roles for Concho Resources Inc., an independent oil and natural gas company, including Associate General Counsel and later Director of Marketing and Midstream. Prior to joining Concho, Jody held legal counsel roles at Petrohawk Energy Corporation and at BHP Billiton Petroleum following BHP Billiton’s acquisition of Petrohawk. Jody began his career at Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP, specializing in oil, gas, and energy litigation and construction litigation. Jody holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center.
