I am pleased to announce the addition of the services of Bill Jr’s Rathole Drilling and Big 4 Cementing to our current service offering at ProPetro™.

Bill Jr’s is a premier provider of air drilling services in the Uinta and Piceance Basins of the Rocky Mountains, and Big 4 is one of the largest providers of cement services in the same region. Both are based in Vernal, Utah.

These two companies bring on board many years of experience in their respective service lines and in this region. The quality of management and equipment are strong additions to our team. The addition of air drilling and cementing to the existing services of well servicing, fracturing, acid, coiled tubing, flowback, nitrogen and fluid pumping gives ProPetro™ a suite of complementary services to offer to our customers.

ProPetro™ will continue to look for growth in services and geographic areas that improve our ability to meet our customers’ needs.
