February 19, 2007 / Midland, Texas –
ProPetro takes delivery of 4 new frac pumps from Rolligon Corp. of College Station, Texas. The pumps are 2250HP triplex pumps and will be deployed within ProPetro's frac divisions in Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle. Receipt of these 4 pumps completes an 8-rig order that ProPetro had placed with Rolligon. ProPetro took delivery of the first 4 units during the 4th quarter of 2006.

ProPetro Services, Inc. has expanded its operations to the Uinta Basin of Utah and the surrounding Rocky Mountain States with the acquisition of Bill Jr’s Rathole Drilling and Big 4 Cementing, LLC of Vernal, Utah. Bill Jr’s operates 7 air drilling rigs capable of drilling to 5,000 feet while Big 4 operates a fleet of 7 cement pumps.  These acquisitions provide ProPetro exposure to the Uinta-Piceance and surrounding basins that are anticipated to be strategic growth areas for many years.

September 9, 2005 / Midland, Texas – ProPetro Services, Inc. today announced the acquisition of select oilfield service assets of two respected regional service providers, Glo Valve Sales & Service and Mills Well Service. The company also acquired Frac Services, Inc. of Goldsby, Oklahoma. This consolidation of assets will enable ProPetro to offer repair, workover and stimulation services to area producers of oil and gas with the efficiency and responsiveness unique to a single source provider.

The Permian Basin assets of Mills Well Service include four well service units and ancillary equipment operated out of Kermit, Texas.

Operating assets acquired from Elk City, Oklahoma-based Glo Valve Sales & Service include nitrogen and fluid pumping equipment, coiled tubing equipment and flowback equipment. Glo Valve operates from its base in Elk City with a satellite location in McAlester, Oklahoma.

Frac Services, Inc. is a provider of pressure pumping services including frac and acidizing capabilities. The company operates from its base in Goldsby, Oklahoma with satellite locations in Woodward, Oklahoma and Pampa, Texas.

Headquartered in Midland, Texas, ProPetro is an independent provider of oil and gas well repair, workover and stimulation services throughout the Permian Basin, Texas Panhandle and Oklahoma.
