Training and Development
PROPETRO® is committed to providing its employees with the resources they need to succeed. We believe by investing in our employees’ development, it can create a more engaged and productive workforce. PROPETRO® Training & Development program offers a variety of courses and workshops which cover leadership, personal development, and skill-based training.
Leadership training programs at PROPETRO® help employees develop the skills they need to be effective leaders. These programs cover topics such as communication, delegation, and decision-making.
Skill-based training programs teach employees the skills needed to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
Community Involvement and Employee Engagement
PUMP Committee was established by employees to help unify the PROPETRO® team and increase overall morale within the company. Employees involved in the PUMP committee help with events around the community as well as company events.
This group was established to inspire the women of PROPETRO® to come together as an inclusive community that learns and networks together for the betterment of themselves personally, professionally, and the culture of the company.
